Citizens for a Better Cassadaga (CBC) is a community improvement organization focused on activities that have a positive impact on the greater Cassadaga area. The group is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer organization. Its mission statement reads:

“Citizens for a Better Cassadaga works with local organizations and interested citizens to develop, promote, sponsor or support activities and events that benefit the broader Cassadaga area, and improve the quality of life for all residents. The CBC has a broad range of interests and has worked on recreational, artistic, business development and quality of life projects. It has been successful in obtaining various grants in support of some of its projects. Some CBC past projects include: beautification of the Village Common, development of a historical walking tour, Complete Streets initiatives, and several community gatherings (Strawberry Social, Labor Day Craft show, Winter Festival).

A full schedule of concerts is held each summer at the Village Beach on the floating stage built in 2016. Grants have continually allowed the CBC to beautify and improve Cassadaga.
